I started drawing at the age of eleven when my Mom bought me a pencil and a sketch pad when we were on vacation. I drew cartoons and science fiction themes all the way up through high school. After school was over I put it away for several years and started up again at about age 25. I then drew off and on for about another four years and then put it away again. Now, after a 30 year hiatus, I have started up again. One of my favorite things to do is to take a cartoon character from the past and adapt it to a different surrounding.more
