This is a study after Spanish painter Bartolome Esteban Murillo. The painting The Young Beggar is also known as The LIce-Ridden Boy (1645 - 1650). It depicts one of the orphaned children from the streets of Sevilla in 17th Century.
It is painted in Baroque chiaro-scuro style.
