Preparing to fly, this paraglider is filling his wing and waiting for exactly the right moment to turn and run down the launch ramp into the wind. The sun seems to be filling his wing as much as the wind in this view to the west in late afternoon. This launch site is on Tiger Mountain above and to the east of Issaquah, in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains of Washington State.
